H.B. 12 - This legislation is sponsored by Rep. Sears. A portion of the bill would establish the Medicaid Community Behavioral Health Administration Examination Group to study the administration and management of Medicaid-covered community behavioral health services. H.B. 68 - This legislation is sponsored by Rep. Burke. It would establish the Ohio Council to Reform Behavioral Health Care. Nine members of the committee are to be selected by the General Assembly and the Governor.
